As a talent management consultant and speaker, Rick has a combination of expertise, experience and education unlike anyone else in the field. Over the course of his twenty-year career as a contract mechanical designer, he became an integral part of hundreds of work teams within fifteen different companies in seven states. He then went on as an adult student to complete both his Bachelor’s degree in Adult and Technical Education, and then his Master’s degree in Training and Development, both at UW-Stout. He currently works as a speaker, trainer, and coach for a wide variety of clients in both the for- and non-profit sectors.
